Out of Gas is probably one of the (if not the) best episodes of any tv show ever made.

So fucking good.

Every once in a while you read, watch or hear something that really makes you think. Being Erica did this for me. It always makes me think about my life and my choices, and how much there is for me in the world.

I’ve only just had a chance to watch the final episode, and it was perfect.

To be honest I can’t imagine a better ending to a TV series, and even though it was only four short seasons long, it was the right time to finish.

I feel privilaged to have been able to be a part of this. And also, because I don’t know anyone who watched it, it feels a bit like it’s just mine, and I like that.

I’m glad Ethan and Kai weren’t included in the last episode. As much as I love their charactors, they’ve both moved on now - Kai is back in 2019 finally. He needed to move on and I think he will now.

Also the final narrative was a perfect way to end the show;

“Everything that has a beginning has an ending, just as every ending creates space for something new to begin.

The wonder of a second chance, the miracle of new life, the joy of a new love. Today is the end of one chapter, and the beginning of the rest of my life.”

Loved it.
